Also, check with your neighbors and make sure that they update there address as well.
Reminder to all residents
Tree removal must be approved through the Margaret’s Walk Architectural Review Board. Submit an application through the management company, Floridian Management to the attention of Linda Parrish.
Please note that although the roads in Margaret’s Walk are private and gated it is still against the law for unlicensed drivers to drive ANY vehicle on the road. This includes ATV’s and golf carts. In the future the Clay County Sheriff’s office may be notified to contact individual owner/residents whom are abusing the rules of the road.
All Margaret’s Walk residents are asked to review the guidelines for mailbox numbers and replacing mailboxes. Click the link below to download and read the letter and the guidelines.
